By commissioning me, you agree to all of the terms listed below. These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The version active at the time of commission appliesAll commissions are treated as private by default. If the project is intended for commercial use, different terms will apply and must be agreed upon in advance. A separate contract must be signed by all involved parties before any payment is made for commercial work

THE ARTISTCopyright & Rights ReservedI maintain full ownership and rights to all artwork I produce, including commissions and any associated materials. such as sketches, drafts and time-lapse content. This includes the rights to:- Publish the artwork across online platforms such as social media, portfolio sites, and websites, as well as in materials intended for marketing or instructional use- Use the work in timelapses, art breakdowns, or behind-the-scenes content on social platforms.
Print or reproduce the artwork for personal promotional purposes (with your permission for commercial prints).Refusals & Cancellations- I reserve the discretion to reject or terminate any commission request for any reason, whether explained or not- You will be notified promptly if your commission is canceled

THE CLIENTAge RequirementYou need to be 18 or older to place a commissionUsage Rights (Personal Use Only)- You may use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes such as avatars, banners, gifts, or personal displays (online or offline), as long as you provide proper credit (e.g., @turtle101).- Please do not alter or remove my signature or watermark if it is included.- Cropping or resizing the artwork for display is acceptable, but please do not alter the work otherwise.Commercial Usage- Any commercial use (including use in monetized videos, merchandise, advertising, or branding—especially for V-tubers or content creators) must be discussed in advance.- Higher pricing and licensing terms will apply.Prohibited Uses- You may not use the commission for AI training, NFTs, blockchain-related products, or machine learning models.- You may not resell, trace, significantly alter, or use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes without explicit licensing or permission.- Submitting the artwork to contests, printing services, or other artists for edits or modifications is strictly prohibited.- Using my artwork as a reference or base to commission another artist is not allowed under any circumstances.

PROCESS & REVISIONSWorkflow Overview- Each commission goes through these key stages before completion: Sketch → Lineart & Color Draft → Final Artwork.- Updates are provided at each major stage.Estimated Turnaround- The standard turnaround time is approximately 3 to 6 weeks. Any delays will be communicated in advance.- Expedited requests or fixed deadlines are not accepted unless arranged in advanceRevisions
- 3 revisions are provided at no charge during the sketch stage. 2 minor revisions during the lineart and coloring phase- Additional revisions, or major changes such as pose/outfit alterations or background additions, may incur extra fees.- Clients are expected to respond within 3 days. In the absence of feedback, work may proceed to maintain the project timelinePAYMENT- All payments are processed through PayPal invoices in USD. Full payment is required upfront.- Invoices must be paid within 7 days. If payment is not received by then, the invoice will be voided and the commission will be canceled- Commissions are prioritized based on the order in which payments are receivedREFUNDSClient-Initiated Cancellation (after payment)- A 65% refund is available if the piece is still in the sketch phase.
If coloring has begun, you may receive a 50% refund.- Once the artwork reaches the final rendering stage, only a 20–30% refund will be issued.- In all cases, no files or artwork will be delivered.Artist-Initiated CancellationIf I decide to cancel your commission, you will receive a full refund and may be provided with any progress work completed, sent with a watermark and strictly for non-commercial use.No Refunds After CompletionOnce a commission is finished and delivered, no refunds will be issuedChargebacks- Filing a PayPal chargeback after receiving your commission or maintaining communication within 14 days will result in permanent blacklisting.- Chargebacks are only acceptable if I fail to complete your commission or provide any updates for over 60 days without prior notice
